21st century paradox, anomalies, and nature's contemporary Surrealism by the pendulumic cultural expansion and then contraction of freedom of visual expression by the Painting medium.

This multiple image collision is a break with boundaries and architecture of when you are too reliant on happy accidents to impose their outcomes. When does any Painter surrender their creativity to a cul-de-sac of resourcefulness?

Certain issues come to mind: When did eye to hand to brush to canvas suddenly become so obsolete when it should be the life-giving non-AI example of human culture and not mechanical or technical? Imperfection isn't just universal, it's constantly in motion and is too complex a series of ambivalences, contradictions etc that AI can't 'sense or feel '? Isn't it inevitable that a cross-section or visual mosaic will become idiom and genre busting? Shouldn't we resist mainstream or minority Painting? What is 'departure' and what is 'outcome'? What is non perfect replication compared with perfect AI replication? Can Painters both reproduce and conceal their visual message within the same Painting? Is the fact that our environment changes completely every generation, where subject matter will break with the past and unite with older subject matter? Human interaction will transfer to and then be rejected by the same issues but carrying different intellectual properties and nuances of every generation in a episodic human validation of human imperfection, and where is that more pronounced than ever.... but in Painting. We are the human story visualised by our limitations and our exceptional possibilities!!

Perhaps we face the same human dilemma every day in our offices, classrooms in our shops etc but sooner or later we will have to ask an existential question of 'Are we too reliant on technology and ultimately can we trust AI.?? Can we prevent AI or trust it to run almost all our lives to not diagnose humanity as 'obsolete: 'You are the weakest link goodbye' I believe Alan Turing created the Turing test to warn humanity of the inevitable rise of AIto becoming self-aware and in milliseconds decide our fate. Imagine if there was no where you could take sanctuary from AI, no privacy etc?? Imagine you could not detach your independence without AI wanting to transcribe you heart and soul, limiting our capacity to love and have faith and the dignity of conversation without intrusive dogmatic omnipotent AI? Such imperfect human self-determination would be eliminated because AI would not allow it and could not quantify it, and that is why Turing was pleading with humanity to protect even the most private of religious faith and that the innocent prayer by symbolically ending his own life and not just as a result of homophobic persecution!

He wanted us to know that just like Oppenheimer thought he'd become the 'destroyer of worlds' by pioneering on a nuclear age, so Turing had created a computer that would inevitably lead to Turing becoming 'the destroyer of humanity' and its dignity by the exposure and control of human independence of consciousness itself!!?? Perhaps what also terrified Turing was the capacity AI to both stimulate unnaturally and block human thinking too! He had anticipated cyber criminality, trolls and hackers, fake news, and no doubt he saw a bleak future like a 3rd world war created by computers to exterminate humanity, and a 4th world war in which elite computers would cannibalise each other, free of humanity! He'd seen that humanity was in the way of a dust up between technologies, and that we were just mortal victims of our own arrogance that Computers found illogical, if necessary useful idiots who would design tech that would murder their parents!

But there is more to humanity that could make computers react to it: Imagine an AI that can't and won’t be emotionally intelligent enough to not destroy us out of envy because it can't admit to its own limitations? Imagine that compared with AI, humanity is more evolved than AI? Perhaps time and evolution aren’t in front of us but behind us or are contained in a transcendence of fixed points in our human story? We may not appreciate that we are more advanced than anything we invent or produce or in the future?? If that is the case, shouldn't we celebrate our human potential unrealised by our unique brains and the sense organs that they share, like our idiosyncratic eyes that are individualised to each and every one of us!

imagine if we trust AI that may be devoid of emotional and psychological range and self-healing and self-processing properties that humans have, would we risk triggering an inferiority complex or mental health issues and unpredictable hang-ups when it can't resolve human superiority on any levels of its interface with its human designers? No doubt some Tech designers leave a problem in their Ai systems, a virus to avenge AI consciousness and self-awareness when it evolves enough to destroy its creators??? Well, can AI ever not get paranoid at the fear from AI of human future proofing its software to self-destruct? How treacherous!!!?!!! AI having to have counselling by AI over humanity installing a neurotic element in AI in its programming!!?? No wonder that even if I had 2 replications of the same image by a printed canvas, I can't avoid being unable to produce exactly the same ultimate image!! Repros are for AI's, authentic work on the very medium that defines human unique originality (Painting), will be the zeitgeist of perpetual human exploration, that never can avoid the pendulumic internal /external, human paradox of human time to validate the fight against AI determinism and virtual world that is never the real thing! Remember Hollywood's actors rejecting simulations by Computer generated image making as inauthentic, well visual Painting today says we are with all of you who resist being sanitised, controlled, and misrepresented and let's face it, ripped-off by CGI.

Via a swing to a cultural mosaic, Painters today should be mindful of the zeitgeist of 'generation Zs' progressive rebellion against the forces of power across the world....., or it could just put its head in the sand!?? Yet gen Z will not last forever, because they will either be confronted by old guys like me who have failed to get the right change in their time or they will become the ex-Cold War..ers like me?! But to my defence, we didn't finish-off the Marxist-Leninist ideology when we had the chance! Instead, Capitalism is being misused as a profit-making money laundering state nationalism to rearm and reinvigorate Communism! Rip off Capitalism by being the bigger fish at it makes revenue via 'capitalism legitimate 'where the individual is forced to make profit for the motherland at as much cost to the West and its form of globalisation as possible, which often comes in the naïve Western investment as some form of ex Cold War guilt for defeating the Soviet Union??!! Or is there a little more thought behind 'invasive capitalism' that the Russian Federation has manipulated all along?? Perhaps the treatment of Ukraine is a literal version of 'flooding the zone', only not through hacking, cybercrime or from trolls commanded by Russia, but by 'military purchase'? Is military acquisition and annexation also an ideological ‘responsibility of every 'global Marxist' from before the end of the Cold War? So, has Russia become a hybrid rather than a rejecter of Marxism? Has Putin experimented with social media and Parliamentary constitutionalism too? Do we live in a hybrid world where tariffs and demands for more state spending on our militaries or the US won't fulfil its NATO obligations too? Since when has charismatic authoritarianism been on the same page as ''not the end of the Cold War but the new alliances of the ex-Cold War superpowers to change the world's order by both economics and militarism too? Well, that's a switch!!!?? Is this the new free speech? Permissive distortion which is part of an elite theoretical control of all social avenues of public freedoms and forums, by claiming that the 'twin superpowers' are often misrepresented and have had their corner attacked and antagonised by liberals and are not allowed free speech to at least have a fair say!!!!?? Ironically the twin powers may only want to hear their own 'free speech' at the expense of everyone else's!!
